Four Chefs, One Kitchen: An Unforgettable Evening Celebrating 30 Years of Kitchens International

Following our anniversary celebrations in Glasgow, the celebrations continued at our Dundas Street showroom in Edinburgh, with an extraordinary evening of food, creativity and culinary expertise.

In partnership with four of Scotland's most renowned chefs and KI brand ambassadors – Martin Wishart, Tony Singh MBE, Roy Brett and Nick Nairn  – guests were invited to experience an evening of interactive culinary demonstrations, showcasing four very different approaches to cooking and entertaining.

Four chefs. Four demonstrations. One unforgettable evening.

The evening brought together an impressive collection of Scottish culinary talent under one roof. Guests had the opportunity to watch Martin Wishart, Tony Singh MBE, Roy Brett of Ondine  and Nick Nairn  take to the KI kitchen, each delivering their own interactive demonstration and sharing techniques, tips and insights from their experience at the highest levels of Scottish cooking.

The atmosphere was informal and entertaining, with guests able to get close to the action as each chef prepared their dishes in the showroom kitchen. The event invitation promised an interactive culinary masterclass – and with exquisite food and refreshments served throughout the evening, it certainly delivered.

The ultimate culinary collaboration

The highlight of the evening came at the end, when all four chefs came together in the kitchen to create a final dish as a team. Seeing four distinctive culinary personalities working side by side made for a fitting finale – combining their individual skills, experience and creativity in one dish. It was also a perfect demonstration of what the kitchen represents at its best: a place to create, collaborate, entertain and bring people together.

Hosting the evening at our Dundas Street showroom  provided the perfect backdrop. Our kitchens are designed around the way people actually live – combining thoughtful design, innovative technology and practical functionality with spaces that are made for entertaining.

And there was no better way to demonstrate that than by putting the kitchen in the hands of four of Scotland's finest chefs.

From preparation through to cooking and presentation, the evening showcased the importance of a well-designed kitchen – and how the right space can elevate the experience of cooking and

entertaining at home.
