Manufactured in Germany, RWK combines the best of durable German production and technology with innovative and creative design to produce kitchens than suit 21st century living. With new colours available, most notably a vivid high gloss lime green, and new materials, the 2012 range has a host of designs available.

Ten of our sales designers have recently visited Germany to see the new RWK 2012 kitchens. They were trained up on the new designs, which includes some bright coloured kitchens, and had a fascinating factory tour. Visiting the kitchen furniture manufacturers helps them understand how the kitchens are designed, put together and the qualities of each range, which in turn helps them inform KI clients of all the benefits and styles of these sleek, contemporary kitchens.

Your kitchen often dictates the layout of the furniture, because of its size and shape, the KBBSA can offer some innovative ways to use it to your advantage.  A typical kitchen is often L-shaped or U-shaped, working with a good designer will help you make the most of the space available.

RWK Armano melamine cupboard fronts

Mixing and matching materials is useful for visual and practical appeal. This scheme comprises: Zodiaq quartz composite worktops in white, a breakfast bar in an olivewood effect laminate, RWK Armano melamine cupboard fronts in rift oak and anthracite finishes, along with a backpainted glass splashback by Intaglio Glass and Design.

Lavia Comfort

Lavia Comfort is the new “without barriers” addition to Kitchens International’s RWK range.  Features include worktops, sinks and tables that electrically adjust for height, and top cupboards that lower to worktop height at the push of a button.  All equipment has squeeze sensors to ensure safety.  Shown here in light oak, but available in a wide range of colours and materials.  From £15,000

The Valea kitchen by German manufacturer RWK is now available from Kitchens International.  It comes in a choice of high-gloss pure white lacquer, or an ivory high-gloss lacquer for a less stark look.  The kitchen is handleless, with large drawers on the island for storage, and sleek handleless units on the back walls to reflect the modern minimalist lifestyle.  Complete kitchens start from £12,000.
