The Martin Wishart Cookschool gave a select group of existing and potential KI clients an evening to remember when they co-hosted a cookery demonstration evening at our flagship Dundas Street studio in Edinburgh. Cooking such mouth-watering dishes such as Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with Chestnut Puree and Red Leg Partridge with a Rosemary Jus served with Braised Savoy Cabbage and Fondant Potato, the clients came away inspired not just by the dishes but by how to get the most out of a KI kitchen and its appliances. The evening was hosted by a team from the famous Martin Wishart cookschool in Edinburgh and aimed at clients who share an interest in fine dining and beautiful kitchens. Cooking on our new hand painted Mowlem & Co kitchen, this is the first of many co-hosted events between the MW cookschool and Kitchens International. We have just promoted Brian Docherty to the newly created post of Operations Manager. Brian will oversee all office operations, warehouse administration and control stock levels. With his excellent talent for administration this new role will involve him supporting every department. Chris Redpath has also been promoted to Warehouse Manager, overseeing all warehouse stock. On the sales side Carol Cameron has been promoted to Showroom Manageress for the Edinburgh Dundas St showroom. Having been with Kitchens International for 13 years as a highly successful Sales Designer, this new role will capitalise on Carol’s expert kitchen design knowledge and leadership skills in running KI’s flagship showroom. Three new Sales Designers have also been appointed in Dundas St, Edinburgh’s Westfield Rd branch and Glasgow.
