KI employee Mark Moncreiff wins Apprentice of the Year

One of our high flying employees has just been awarded ‘Apprentice of the Year’ by Jewel & Esk College in Midlothian. Mark Moncreiff, a kitchen fitter, was awarded the Apprentice of the Year from Jewel & Esk Valley college where he undertook a four year Advanced Joinery course. This is the second time a KI employee has won the Apprentice of the Year – in 2009 Robin Burgess was awarded this accolade by Telford College and he has now gone on to get an Advanced Joinery course as well. As well as the accolade Mark also receives a cash award to help him continue with his studies. Mark joined KI as an apprentice fitter and has been a very keen, enthusiastic and hard-working employee, assisting in fitting kitchens all over Scotland.
