The Martin Wishart Cookschool gave a select group of existing and potential KI clients an evening to remember when they co-hosted a cookery demonstration evening at our flagship Dundas Street studio in Edinburgh. Cooking such mouth-watering dishes such as Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with Chestnut Puree and Red Leg Partridge with a Rosemary Jus served with Braised Savoy Cabbage and Fondant Potato, the clients came away inspired not just by the dishes but by how to get the most out of a KI kitchen and its appliances. The evening was hosted by a team from the famous Martin Wishart cookschool in Edinburgh and aimed at clients who share an interest in fine dining and beautiful kitchens. Cooking on our new hand painted Mowlem & Co kitchen, this is the first of many co-hosted events between the MW cookschool and Kitchens International.
